Improved behaviour ratings
96% of Team Teach primary schools that had Requires Improvement or Inadequate Ofsted ratings for behaviour from in 2019 achieved Good or Outstanding ratings by 2024 (compared to 82% for non-TT schools).
Better student progress scores
Team Teach special secondary schools improved Progress 8 scores by 0.3 points between 2019 and 2023, compared to just 0.1 points at non-TT special secondary schools. (An improvement of 0.3 points represents roughly a full grade for 3 in 10 pupils.)
Lower suspension rates
Suspension rates at Team Teach special primary schools are 5%, compared to 9% at non-Team Teach schools. They have also fallen since 2020 (by 0.2%), while non-TT special primary schools have shown an increase (of 2.4%).
